Yay! Finally moved over to madprof.net, which is much better anyway. I’ve just finished doing some web design (for which I got paid!) and so thought I would do the paying bits on geocities and uk2net to have the ghastly adverts removed. It turned out to be cheaper to get an intirely new domain (silly, isn’t it?) and to “borrow” some server space from my dad. I’ve also converted the whole site into a “Makefile” based system, to make it easier to update. I developed the system while working on the hotel websites, and found that I had to make frequent changes to the headers and footers of pages, or when sketching the site up, I didn’t want to bother with the full HTML which I would put in later. It works well. Perhaps once I’ve made it better I can upload it here.
Oh, and a few new images in art, a load of cool links to the hotels in web design, and quite a few small fixes and such about the place.
