Plutocratic

Plutocratic is a word directly from Greek: "Ploutochratikos", meaning exactly the same. :-) "Plousios" is a Greek word meaning "rich" or "wealthy", and "kratos" is another Greek word meaning "rule" or "the state", so Plutocratic literally means "ruled by the rich"!
